IT STAFF/ NHÂN VIÊN IT

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Software systems for enhanced operational visibility.

• Provide IT Helpdesk support to resolve technical issues for users in a timely manner.

• Support Installation and configuration of hardware and software systems.

• Support Enterprise Software integration and troubleshooting.

• Other IT-related tasks as required by the department head

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT jobs

• Strong understanding of network management and security protocols

• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting

• Familiarity with server maintenance and management

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• English communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in at least 1 programming language is an advantage

• Degree: Bachelor

• Working time: Permanent
• Probationary period: 60 days
• Working time: 8:00-17:00
