TITLE: SLMS Engineer in Training

REPORTS TO: Asia SLMS&PPS Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To build the talent ladder, to satisfy the business development needs of the company, and to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.

Learn Summit Manufacturing Process and Technology, learn Summit Quality System and Requirements, assistant in Process/Product Continuous Improvements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use Training and OJT Schedule and Evaluation Criteria Matrix as a instruction to learn knowledge and skills in each departments.

Complies with the environmental policy and applicable quality and environmental management systems instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Ⅰ. KNOWLEAGE AND SKILLS：

Be familliar with Microsoft SQL (Preferred)

Proficient in PLC Programming (Preferred)

Activitely participate team work.

Fast learning ability

Good English communication skills.

Be able to handle affairs under pressure.

Pass Wonderlic score of 32 or greater.

Pass Machine Reasoning Test in 70% correctness.

Ⅱ.EDUCATION:

Master, Bachelor or Diploma Holder recognized by the State Ministry of Education.

Science and  Engineering: Polymer Materials, Quality Management, Mechanical or Automation, Mechanical Design, Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechanical and  Electronic Engineering, Injection Molding Process, Mold Design or Manufacturing, Material Engineering, Industrial Engineering etc.

Ⅲ. EXPERIENCE:

Graduates who meet the education reauirements above 1 year experience in manufacturing area will be prefered.

IV. LOCATION AND WORKING TIME:

- Location: Nhon Trach 6 Industrial Park - Dong Nai (Company shuttle bus available from Ho Chi Minh City and Bien Hoa - Dong Nai).

- Work form Monday - Saturday (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM).

Thời gian làm việc từ thứ 2 tới thứ 7 (08:00 - 16:30)
