Job Description

  • Phụ trách kỹ thuật đúc kim loại quý hiếm (vàng/ bạc).
  • Giám sát toàn bộ quy trình đúc từ chuẩn bị đến xử lý sau đúc.
  • Kiểm tra, vận hành và tối ưu hiệu suất các thiết bị chuyên dụng, đảm bảo vận hành ổn định.
  • Kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm đầu ra, đánh giá mức độ sai số, phát hiện lỗi kỹ thuật và đề xuất phương án điều chỉnh.
  • Hướng dẫn và đào tạo đội ngũ kỹ thuật viên, công nhân trong bộ phận đúc nhằm nâng cao tay nghề và tuân thủ quy trình chuẩn.
  • Phân tích sự cố kỹ thuật phát sinh trong quá trình đúc, xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ và xây dựng biện pháp khắc phục, phòng ngừa.
  • Nghiên cứu, cập nhật và ứng dụng các công nghệ, vật liệu và phương pháp đúc mới để cải tiến quy trình, giảm thiểu sai sót.
  • Báo cáo định kỳ cho Giám đốc Nhà máy về tình hình vận hành, sản lượng, chất lượng sản phẩm cũng như đề xuất cải tiến kỹ thuật.

Job Requirement

  • Giới tính: Nam, độ tuổi 35 – 50.
  • Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành liên quan.
  • Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 5 năm tại vị trí Giám đốc hoặc Quản lý bộ phận đúc kim loại quý hiếm (vàng/ bạc). 
  • Kỹ năng/kinh nghiệm vận hành máy móc: máy đúc tự động, máy laser, khuôn đúc ...
