IT Applications Analyst

1. Analyze business and technical requirements from end users or departments.

2. Design and develop customized software applications or integrate with existing systems.

3. Install and deploy software in real-world environments.

4. Maintain, update, and debug software to ensure performance and stability.

5. Propose system improvements based on usage data analysis and user feedback.

6. Write technical documentation and user manuals for the software.

7. Maintain security related to information processed, stored, or accessed over the network.

8. Document programming issues and solutions for future reference.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deliver user instructions and documentation for application software developed independently.

- Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in programming, software development, and participation in IT projects in various roles such as Business Analyst (BA), Developer (DEV), etc.

• Experience and understanding of IT systems in manufacturing companies is a plus.

• Proficient in popular programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript.

• Experienced in working with database environments such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL.

• Skilled in system analysis and design.
