Data Analyst (Prefer candidate available)

Job Objectives:

• Support the Leader in providing statistical and operational support for Movi Departments.
• Work closely with Department to develop comprehensive reports and analytics that support the company’s vision and strategic goals.
• Be a supportive team member that contributes to the Data Analytics team operating efficiently and that service level agreements with internal customers are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of reports: Collection reports, AntiFraud, Underwriting, Operational Risk, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance/Accounting, BOD.
• Analyze portfolio indicators and strategies to make reports to Movi Management.
• Perform analysis related to customer behavior after default, figure out the reason, and propose a solution to improve the collection performance.
• Regularly monitor strategies performance, design pilots to test improvements in strategies, validate collection scorecards, develop, and suggest for implementation new collection strategies.
• Preparation of reports to Management to assist with the containment of NPLs, Loan Impairment Expenses, and prudent provisioning.
• Preparation of reports on costs and expenses within the Management to assist management in prudently managing the approved departmental budget.
• Be responsible for operational and statistical reports to Management and other departments as required.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Leader of Data Analytics.

Key skills and requirements:

• Experience with one programming language such as R, Python, SAS
• SQL proficient with at least 1 years’ experience in one MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL,
• Good number sense, logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Mature, progressive thinking, open-minded, proactive, and confidential
• Work under pressure, have teamwork skills, work independently, and self-study.
• Acceptable English communication
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Econometrics, or a relevant field of studies
