RESPONSIBILITIES (TRÁCH NHIỆM):
- Manage and plan team tasks to ensure the defined SLA are met.
- Manage IT equipment, including licenses, by forecasting usage to ensure sufficient availability and plan upgrades according to the Product Life Cycle.
- Control the use of information systems and networks to ensure compliance with company policies and international standards.
- Monitor and coordinate IT equipment ordering and accurately record IT assets.
- Manage and track team performance in providing support services, troubleshooting, controlling, and improving service quality.
- Provide technical support to the team, identify root causes of issues, and resolve them effectively.
- Train team members to improve their knowledge and skills in task execution.
- Prepare summary and operational reports as assigned.
- Ensure all IT equipment operates properly at all times and maintain manufacturer support services.
- Manage procurement of information systems and related equipment.
- Perform other assignments as required.
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The company provides a shuttle bus service between Binh Duong and Tay Ninh (round trip).
