Hiring 3 positions:

• Junior: upto 28M Gross
• Middle: upto 35M Gross
• Senior: upto 40M Gross

Must Responsibilities:

• Grasp and understand the overall architecture of the current product (Mobi System)
• Receive new requests and participate in designing new features
• Evaluate the impact of changes or new requirements on the existing system
• Collaborate closely with the design and QA teams when developing new features
• Implement new functionalities through clean, maintainable code based on design and specifications

Should Responsibilities:

• Participate in system operations and maintenance:
• Perform regular system health checks and reporting
• Identify inefficiencies, errors, or issues in the system
• Coordinate with relevant teams to handle incidents or system errors
• Ensure system recovery and stable operation
• Participate in release execution and ensure release quality

Further Opportunities:

• Manage technical team, mentor and train new members
• Coordinate and supervise output quality from outsourcing teams

• Proficiency in Java for backend development
• Foundational knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and software development processes
• Strong teamwork skills, logical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities
• Preferably experienced in large-scale systems or high-volume transaction platforms
