Job Description

1. Overview

As a Player Community Specialist, you’ll be the voice and connection between Lihuhu and our global player community, especially on Facebook. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing community plans for the company’s games, with the ultimate goals of fostering a friendly and supportive environment, listening to user feedback, and strengthening our brand presence across social channels.

2. Key responsibilities

  • Manage and operate Lihuhu’s Facebook community (page and group), including posting updates, replying to comments, and fostering meaningful conversations; Monitor player feedback, bug reports, discussions and sentiment from the community, and report findings to the Product Team
  • Execute community activities such as mini-events, giveaways, and engagement campaigns
  • Coordinate with the Product and Publishing teams to share updates, visuals, and new game content with players
  • Support the management and growth of additional social channels (TikTok, Discord, Instagram, etc.) when needed
  • Compile and present community insights and engagement metrics on a regular basis; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community and social media management, and propose creative ideas to keep the community fun, positive, and active

Job Requirement

  • Fresh graduates ideally in social media, community management, or marketing are welcome;
  • Passionate about mobile games, especially casual, puzzle, and relaxing genres. You’re expected to be an enthusiastic player who provides proactive feedback in the spirit of collaboration and supports the player community
  • Proficient in English, especially for reading player feedback and communicating with global users
  • Creative, with a strong sense of trend awareness and social media dynamics
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Basic understanding of Facebook (Page, Group, and community engagement); basic knowledge of TikTok, Instagram or Discord is a plus
