Project Manager (Business Analyst/Agile/Scrum/Jira)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative products and features for the securities industry. This role involves managing projects from concept to launch while ensuring alignment with market needs, client expectations, and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product development projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

• Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business analysts, web developers, data analysts, and other key stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

• Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements to enhance future project outcomes.

• Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services, e-commerce, startup, or software sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in designing web applications, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, etc.

• Practical experience with project methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
