Quality Control (HR Software)

Our HCM is an enterprise HR platform currently in active operation and continuous expansion. The system covers Core HR, Attendance, Payroll, Advance HR, Employee Self-Service (ESS), HR Development, Workflow Automation, System Integrations, and Custom Modules for Enterprise Clients.
We are expanding the development team to build new features while maintaining and enhancing existing modules, working closely with both local and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and functional specifications for covers Core HR, Attendance, Payroll, Advance HR, Employee Self-Service (ESS), HR Development,Workflow Automation, System Integrations

Design and execute test cases for new features and regression scenarios

Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications (React & Flutter)

Validate backend APIs including request/response, data correctness, and error handling

Collaborate closely with developers and BAs to clarify requirements and expected behaviors

Participate in design and requirement discussions to identify test risks early

Log, track, and verify defect fixes throughout the development lifecycle

Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after changes

Support production issue investigation and validation of fixes

Your Profile

Experience

2+ years of experience as QC / QA Engineer or similar role

Strong experience in manual testing for web-based applications

Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman

Basic understanding of backend systems and microservices architecture

Ability to validate data correctness at database level (SQL knowledge)

Experience collaborating with BA, Developers, QC, and cross-functional teams

Able to work independently and manage own test tasks with minimal supervision

Comfortable working in a large development team, including international collaboration

Strong attention to detail and quality mindset

Skills & Competencies

Experience testing HR / Payroll / Enterprise systems

Experience testing mobile applications

Exposure to SaaS or multi-tenant systems

Basic knowledge of test automation (not mandatory)

Language

Able to communicate in English in a professional working environment (reading technical documents, participating in discussions with international team members)
