Software Engineer

RUN

• Maintain applications: fix bug, update and upgrades application features; migrate security issue
• Supervise application team members to work at quality and standard
• Continuous to learn and get updates about technologies and business demands

LEADERSHIP

• Motivate application team members to develop skills, actively contribute for company success
• Demonstrate good role-model for team members

BUILD

• Designing Enterprise software architecture for Archetype Group.
• Implement new Intranet, Extranet, Document Manager, AI, BI tools
• Supervise the work quality of vendors in applications project, including ERP.

• Minimum 7 years in Software Development, including minimum 3 years in Enterprise applications integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Experience in ERP solution deployment and implementation in multinational companies is mandatory
• Experience in Software design patterns for enterprise applications is mandatory
• Experience in applying AI in software development is mandatory
• Experience in Php, Python, Java, Node.js, PowerShell, MySQL, MS SQL, Postgres
• Experience in CI/CD and Security in Application Development
• Experience in Project management and Agile framework
• Experience in writing English document is a must
• Experience in Microsoft Navision is a plus
• Experience in Data analysis is preferred
• Experience in Opensource ERP is preferred
