Senior Business Analyst (Logistics/ Supply Chain)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Logistics/ Supply Chain, $1100, ID20126)

• Support Logistics operations (Warehouse and Forwarding) by implementing automation solutions (RPA) and developing Power BI dashboards to enhance operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Serve as a liaison between Business stakeholders (Logistics, Production, Sales) and Technical teams, ensuring effective communication and smooth execution of short-term digital transformation projects, including RPA implementation and dashboard development.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of process automation tools and technologies, such as Power Automate, ERP systems, n8n, APIs, etc.
• Proficient in dashboard and reporting tools, including Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with logistics systems such as WMS, TMS, and ERP is preferred.
