  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute annual hiring plans, while aligning recruitment resources with business objectives  
  • Build, develop, and maintain a long-term talent pool, especially for SAP candidates  
  • Act as a strategic talent partner, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand hiring needs, and subsequently develop market approach strategies and implement effective talent attraction solutions. 
  • Proactively leverage diverse sourcing channels (headhunting, referrals, networking, social platforms, ...) to identify and attract high-quality candidates  
  • Engage, connect, and build relationships with senior-level candidates (Level 4+), ensuring a 70–80% interview acceptance rate  
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ capabilities, growth potential, and cultural fit 
  • Lead offer negotiation and closing, effectively handling complex cases  
  • Design and implement employer branding and talent attraction initiatives (university engagement programs, events, partnerships,...) to build a sustainable talent pipeline  
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates,..), continuously optimizing hiring effectiveness  
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager. 

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical/IT/Consulting Recruitment, including at least 2–3 years hiring mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates through headhunting approaches.
  • Good understanding of SAP/ERP and technical profiles, including Functional vs Technical roles (FI/CO, SD, MM, ABAP, Basis, etc.).
  • Ability to conduct interviews and communicate professionally in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0+ preferred).
  • Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers, Team Leads, PMs, and Directors.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, process-oriented, trustworthy, and willing to learn new domains quickly.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting SAP, ERP, IT Consulting, ….
  • Existing network within Vietnam’s SAP/ERP talent market.
  • Experience handling complex hiring cycles (45–90 days) and achieving high offer acceptance rates.
  • HR certifications or active professional upskilling.
  • Strong personal branding and candidate engagement capability.

Nice-to-Have

  • Existing SAP/ERP candidate pool or community connections.
  • Experience supporting APAC hiring markets.
  • Experience recruiting expatriates or handling work permit processes.
  • University partnership network for entry-level talent pipeline development
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and build hiring funnel metrics
