Fullstack Developer (Java Spring Boot + Next.js)

Design and deliver end-to-end features for enterprise web systems: Backend (Java Spring Boot) and Frontend (Next.js). Ensure product quality through solid architecture, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization. Provide senior-level technical leadership: solution consulting, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to meet commitments.

3.1. Analysis, Estimation & Solution Design

- Analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and estimate effort; participate in refinement/sprint planning in Agile/Scrum.

- Design microservices architecture, API contracts, processing flows, and data models; standardize coding conventions and best practices.

3.2. Backend Development (Java Spring Boot)

- Develop backend with Spring Boot: REST APIs, validation, exception handling, security, logging/auditing, and integrations.

3.3. Frontend Development (Next.js)

- Develop frontend with Next.js (React): routing (App Router), SSR/SSG/ISR, API integration, and state management.

- Build forms and validations; optimize UX and performance.

3.4. Quality, Testing & Performance

- Write unit/integration tests; conduct code reviews; fix bugs; continuously improve via refactoring and performance tuning.

- Optimize database queries and concurrency handling; ensure stability, scalability, and observability (metrics, tracing).

3.5. DevOps & Operations Support

- Collaborate with DevOps on environments, CI/CD, and containerization; support operations and incident handling when required.

4.1. Education & Experience

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher

- Experience: Minimum 4 years

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Proven senior fullstack experience with Java Spring Boot and Next.js; delivered mid-to-large production systems.

4.2. Professional / Technical Knowledge

- Strong OOP, SOLID, and design patterns; solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST (event-driven is a plus).

- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; effective communication and teamwork; ownership mindset.

- Proficient with Git, code review practices, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
