AI Product Engineering Manager

Purpose of the position:

To design, lead, and deliver scalable and innovative AI-driven technology solutions aligned with business strategies. Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and value realization.

Job Accountabilities:

1. Solution Architecture

• Design end-to-end architecture for AI-enabled products and systems

2. Technical Leadership

• Guide engineering and data science teams through technical execution

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Align solutions with business goals through cross-functional collaboration

4. Innovation & R&D

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive their adoption

5. Governance & Standards

• Define technical standards, ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• 7 years of working experience in AI/ML solution design
• AI/ML or data science certs are a plus
• Possess effective communication skills, written and verbally in English
• Shall be responsible for promoting awareness and monitoring compliance with information security policies within their scope of management.
• Shall ensure compliance with the company’s ISMS standards by all personnel under their management.
