Humanica Vietnam is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive our Payroll Outsourcing business in Vietnam. In this role, you will strategically leverage the Cadena brand - our established sister company - using its dominant market position and trusted reputation in HR and Payroll technology to build instant credibility and position Humanica as the premier vendor of choice for Payroll Outsourcing.
Day-to-day you will:
- Leverage your network and existing customer base to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR and Finance professionals, and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our Payroll Outsourcing offering to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer needs.
- Conduct presentations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve growth and sales targets.
- Upon successfully meeting revenue milestones, you will have the opportunity to structure and lead your own sales team to accelerate our next phase of market expansion.
