- Develop business strategy for the electronic lock segment aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the sales team: recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate performance.
- Expand market presence: identify and acquire new customers (contractors, architects, showrooms, dealers, real estate projects).
- Maintain existing accounts: build strong relationships, provide customer care, and grow revenue.
- Collaborate with Marketing: implement promotions, events, and product seminars.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance: prepare regular reports and propose improvement solutions.
- Conduct competitor analysis: update market trends, new products, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure KPIs: revenue, market coverage, number of new projects/dealers developed.
