Job Purpose

Manage and develop the sales activities of electronic lock products to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, build brand presence, and lead the sales team effectively.

Job Descriptions

  • Develop business strategy for the electronic lock segment aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the sales team: recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate performance.
  • Expand market presence: identify and acquire new customers (contractors, architects, showrooms, dealers, real estate projects).
  • Maintain existing accounts: build strong relationships, provide customer care, and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: implement promotions, events, and product seminars.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance: prepare regular reports and propose improvement solutions.
  • Conduct competitor analysis: update market trends, new products, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure KPIs: revenue, market coverage, number of new projects/dealers developed.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years in a Sales Manager or equivalent role.
  • Preferably with experience in electronic locks or smart home solutions.
  • Market analysis and business planning.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, reporting, planning, organizing and implementing skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, able to work under sales pressure.
  • English communication (preferred).
