Senior Mobile Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate requirements into elegant, performant mobile experiences
• Build and maintain reusable components and contribute to our internal Design System package
• Implement complex UI/UX designs with attention to responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Socket / Streaming APIs, third-party SDKs (e.g., CleverTap, Branch.io), and analytics tools
• Optimize application performance, including load times, memory usage, and battery efficiency
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance bottlenecks
• Stay current with Flutter ecosystem updates and advocate for best practices within the team

The Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter
• Strong proficiency in Dart and a deep understanding of Flutter framework internals
• Experience with state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or similar)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API integration, JSON parsing, and asynchronous programming
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

The Good-to-Haves

• Experience with WebSocket and stream implementation
• Hands-on experience with audio, recordings and video streaming technologies
• Experience with analytics and engagement tools (CleverTap, Firebase, Google Analytics, Sentry)
• Understanding of deep linking and mobile attribution (Branch.io, Adjust)
