Job Responsibilities
・Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements to include business processes, and use cases along with requirements of user experience, UI integration, and data
・Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements– verbally or through written documentation – so that issues and solutions are understood
・Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; manage progress, quality, risk, problem-solving
・Prepare outstanding presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, with the ability to convey simple and complex information to other teams in Viet Nam, Japan, and Thailand (designer, developer, UXD)
・Work, and communicate with clients to exploit requirements
・Restructure information and creating wireframes (by Figma, XD)
・Estimate the cost and time of the project
・Create a proposal for a new project
・Make operational design
・Establish operation system
・Plan user research (questionnaire design, Choosing users, creating a survey, interview, analyzing results)
・Set requirement definition
・Minimum viable product (MVP) definition
・Prepare Executive report
・Have Business trip to Japan, Thailand, and Malaysia.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language:
- Japanese Business Level and having an N2 certificate
- English Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 3 years of working experience in a B2B IT solution business Company
- Have experience in working with Japanese Projects
- Used to work or study in Japan
・Skills:
- Good internal and external communication skills,
- Knowledge of planning and delivery skills, experience in project management
- Having demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Logic thinking, high responsibility, multitasking skills and proactivity skills
・Others:
- Interested in UI/UX design
- Well know Japanese manners and culture
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience and skills:
- Know Front-end
- Used to live and work in Japan
- 2-3 years experience in IT Development field
・Others:
- Interested in design
