They are looking for a Product Owner cum Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our product delivery — bridging business objectives with technical execution to deliver scalable, high-quality compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of product and project delivery — from planning, requirement gathering, and prioritization to execution and continuous improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (stakeholders, developers, product designers, QA, and business development) to translate business goals into actionable project plans
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and client needs
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with product designers to ensure product usability and intuitive experience.
- Analyze data and feedback to drive continuous improvement of product performance and user experience.
- Lead and motivate a development team 3-5 members, ensuring alignment, accountability, and professional growth.
- Ensure documentation, process transparency, and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle
