Sales Manager — Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the sales team’s overall strategy, goals, and execution plans for SAP S/4HANA, SAP public cloud solutions.
- Drive key account development, converting high-potential prospects into long-term strategic clients.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets, expanding the market share of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Public Cloud solutions.
- Engage directly with senior client executives, negotiating large-scale deals and strategic partnerships.
- Mentor and support Sales Executives and other team members to improve skills and performance.
- Manage high-level client relationships and oversee complex sales negotiations and contract agreements.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, marketing, and SAP partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide strategic insights to leadership.
